You can have any upright or grand piano in any condition provided you are upgrading to a new Yamaha CX series grand piano.
If your current piano is in good condition and suitable for our business model, then we may place a part exchange value in addition to the Yamaha upgrade bonus amount.
You will still receive the upgrade bonus, but we may need to make a ‘cost only’ surcharge for the transport and disposal/recycling. This may fluctuate according to the distance and size/weight of the piano to be removed.
If your old piano is not suitable for us to resell and you would like to avoid any handling costs, then we would allow you to keep the old piano provided you are technically still upgrading your piano.
By scanning the QR code and registering with Yamaha before your purchase with us, you will have a unique code for us to submit to Yamaha which allows us to deduct the upgrade bonus off the invoice amount. You won’t need to claim anything retrospectively.
No. The upgrade bonus is exclusively linked to your new Yamaha CX grand piano. If you cancel your order, return the new piano or receive a refund in line with our standard terms and conditions, any promotional amount claimed by us for you from the manufacturer cannot be retained – it will form part of the refund just as it made up the total amount charged. This is because we will also have the bonus amount reclaimed from us.
