The new 'E3' Silent Disklavier system, provides record and playback functionality (to MKIV standard) with user-friendly control-panel and remote control, integrated CD reader for PianoSoft Plus Audio disks and the live 'streaming' Disklavier radio feature (via direct internet connection). The Silent facility allows the silencing of the instrument acoustically for play via headphones via an onboard digital piano or over 480 other instrument voices via the XG module. With 16 channel multi-track sequencing the new Yamaha Disklavier E3 pianos enable the creation of complex arrangements and compositions. The PianoSoft Plus CD-Audio Disks control the piano performance and play real audio orchestration (not MIDI sequenced) such as vocals etc. (external speakers can be connected).
