The DU1A and DYUS1 MKIII-XG Silent Disklavier upright is a professional U1 upright at heart, with the Disklavier record and playback functionality, integrated CD reader for PianoSoft Plus Audio disks. The Silent facility allows the silencing of the instrument acoustically for play via headphones via an onboard digital piano or over 480 other instrument voices via the XG module. With 16 channel multi-track sequencing the DU1A enables the creation of complex arrangements and compositions. External speakers can be connected. The DGB1-CD MKIII-XG Play Only Disklavier Grand is ever popular for the home, restaurants, bars and hotels. The much improved 4'11" Grand provides a smoother tone than the superseded DGA1/DGA1E due to the upgraded frame as used in the A1L Conservatoire. The functionality of this Disklavier is limited to playback only and does not therefore offer the Silent facility, Record nor access to other instrument voices.
